Apple Tarts

Ingredients (for 4ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 150g 00 flour
  • 1 egg
  • 40g sugar
  • A bit of cinnamon
  • 40g butter
  • 2 apples
  • 6g baking powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Utensils:

  • Individual Ramekins

Instructions

Prepare (15min):

  1. Get the butter to room temperature
  2. Preheat oven to 180°

Cooking (30min):

  1. Peel the apple and cook it in a pan with the lemon juice, the cinnamon and a tsp of the 40g of sugar (5 mins)
  2. Mash it all with a fork apart from a couple of pieces
  3. For the dough, work the room temp butter with the rest of the sugar, egg, flour, baking powder and a bit of salt and cinamon
  4. Butter the insides of the ramekins and sprinkle with flour
  5. Spread the dough on the insides of the ramekins and fill with mushed apple and top with the larger pieces
  6. Put in the oven (20 mins)
