Bolognese

Ingredients (for 2ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 500g of mince
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 yellow/orange pepper
  • 1 pack of portobella mushrooms
  • 2 x Sainsburies finest bolognese sauce (cheating is allowed)
  • 500g of good spagheti
  • Oregano and parsely
  • Salad + dressing
  • optional: teaspoon of red pesto

Utensils:

  • Frying pan/wok
  • Large saucepan
  • Medium saucepan

Instructions

Prepare (3min):

  1. Dice onion, pepper, mushrooms and finely dice the garlic

Cooking (xmin):

  1. Add mushrooms to a saucepan with some oil and stir regularly for 5 minutes
  2. Add oil and onions to the frying pan and stir for 30 seconds
  3. Add mince to frying pan and chop/seperate/toss until mince has mostly turned brown
  4. Add sauce, drain the mushrooms and add to the frying pan, add garlic, pepper and sprinkle with oregano and parsely and leave to simmer for 10 minutes
  5. Add pasta to boiling water, pinch of salt and some oil
