Ingredients:

Main Ingredients:

  • 45g salt
  • Large pinch of black pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 litre of water
  • Optional herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Sugar etc)

Utensils:

  • Mason Jar

Instructions

Should be made in advance (1h or so, but keeps for weeks) so it's cold for use

Prepare (5min):

  1. Boil kettle
  2. Peel and flatten garlic
  3. Weigh 45g of salt in a mason jar, add the black pepper, garlic and fill with 2-300ml of boiling water and stir till salt is all disolved
  4. Fill up jar with cold water till 1 litre and give it a quick stir, close and put in the fridge ready to use
