Caesar Salad


Ingredients (for 2ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 x Chicken breasts
  • 1 x Cos Lettuce
  • 100g Parmasan Cheese
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Ceasar Dressing (Just cheat and buy one)
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rosemary


  • Frying pan
  • Cheese Grater
  • Oven with tray


Prepare (3min):

  1. Cube up the bread and preheat grill
  2. Flatten chicken to 1cm thick, rub extra virgin olive oil onto both sides of the chicken
  3. Chop up rosemary finely, sprinkle over chicken and lightly season with salt and pepper

Cooking (12min):

  1. Stick chicken in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of oil, turn after 5 minutes for a further 5 minutes
  2. Put a drizzle of oil on a foiled tray, add bread cubes and put under the grill for 1 minute, take out and shake, grill for 1 more minute
  3. Cut up lettuce, put onto plate, lay cooked chicken on top, little drizzle with dressing, grate cheese, add croutons and lightly drizzle with dressing again
