Ingredients (for 4 crepes):

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 90g 00 flour
  • 180ml milk
  • A little butter or oil for the pan
  • Whatever filling you want


  • Bowl
  • Sieve
  • Whisk
  • Frying pan
  • Batter spreader


Prepare (35min):

  1. Weigh the flour out in a bowl
  2. Crack egg in the bowl, add the milk and stir thoroughly
  3. Sieve the flour into the bowl and then whisk thoroughly making sure there are no lumps
  4. Cover the batter and put in the fridge (30 mins)
  5. Prepare whatever fillings you want

Cooking (5min):

  1. Heat up a frying pan, add a scoop of batter and spread thinly (1 min)
  2. Flip over, add toppings and then fold as desired and let cook (2 mins)
