Honey Glazed Salmon


Ingredients (for 2ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 x salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp low sodium soya sauce
  • 5 tbsp honey

Goes Well With:

  • Roasted Potatoes
  • Seasonal Vegetables


  • Frying pan


Prepare (30min):

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients into a bowl and stir
  2. Pour half of the marinade on the salmon in a bowl and refridgerate for 30 minutes

Cooking (5min):

  1. Take salmon out of marinade (discard th old marinade) and fry with a little oil, 2 mins skin side down, turn over for 30 seconds
  2. Take salmon out and cover with foil, pour the rest of the marinade into frying pan and reduce for 2 minutes
  3. Serve salmon and pour reduced marinade over
