Ingredients (10 bites):

Main Ingredients:

  • 10 small portebella mushrooms
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 80g of cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 50g of grated cheddar/mozzarella


  • Baking tray


Prepare (15min):

Can make up to 24h in advance, cover and keep in the fridge

  1. Cut bacon into small squares, fry until just turning crispy, remove from heat and drain off fat
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar/mozzarella in a bowl and then mix in bacon
  3. Take out stems of mushrooms, put a spoonfull of filling on top of each mushroom, place on a baking tray and cover

Cooking (25min):

  1. Put in 175° oven for 25 minutes, take out and leave to rest for 5 mintues before serving
