Pork & Leek Steak
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 2 pork steaks
- 1 leek
- 250ml chicken stock
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh sage
Goes Well With:
- Roast Potatoes
- Seasonal Vegetables
Utensils:

Instructions
Best if pork is brined (45mins - 4 hour before)
Prepare (2 mins):
- Wash and cut leeks, prepare garlic
Cooking (23 mins):
- Sear pork steaks for 2-3 mins each side depending on thickness then remove from pan (4-6 mins)
- Reduce heat to med and add leeks and put a lid on (6 mins)
- Meanwhile, prepare the stock
- Add garlic and stir (1 min)
- Add broth (and optional brandy), some sage and bring to boil (2 mins)
- Put chops back in pan and cook for (4 mins)
- Take out chops to rest (5 min)
- Meanwhile, Add more sage, reduce and then pour over steaks when serving
