Sea Bream Salsa

Ingredients (for 2ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 Sea Bream fillets
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 30g kalamata olives pitted
  • A few basil leaves
  • 1/4 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Goes Well With:

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Seasonal Vegetables

Utensils:

  • Skillet
  • Bowl
  • Medium saucepan

Instructions

Prepare (10min):

  1. Heat up the oil in a medium saucepan
  2. Halve the tomatoes and add to saucepan, add olives, salt and pepper and simmer (2 mins)
  3. Take off the heat, thinly slice the basil and add, juice 1/4 of a lemon and add also and stir

Cooking (5min):

  1. Heat a heavy skillet
  2. Dry the sea bass, score the skin and brush with olive oil on both sides
  3. Add the sea bass skin side down and season (2 mins)
  4. Flip over (1 min)
